My experience here has been nothing short of phenomenal! I'm very shy and insecure when it comes to these types of things and Terry made me feel very comfortable. He is very professional and motivating! I feel stronger and stronger everyday with the workouts and when I'm sore the deep tissue massages help tremendously! It's been a life changing experience for me for sure.
